Mike is the founder and managing director of Allan Plumbing, and the main driving force behind the business. As a certified plumber and gasfitter, Mike takes great pride in quality workmanship and believes every job should be done properly, with skill and care that stands the test of time.

When he’s not on the tools or leading the team, Mike enjoys everything Mangawhai living has to offer - spending time with his family, getting to the beach, and exploring the local area.

Quinn is a skilled plumber and gasfitter who brings expertise and a friendly touch to every job.

Living in a rural area, he enjoys the laid-back lifestyle and takes every opportunity to hit the waves, his love for surfing keeping him connected to nature.

Aaron is a certified plumber and gasfitter who is friendly and enthusiastic on the job. Heenjoys the variety of work experiences and always endeavours to provide the best of his knowledge and skills to every job.  

Aaron loves to discover what this beautiful region has to offer as well as enjoying new experiences including exploring on his SUP and motorcycle.

Tom is a certified plumber and drainlayer who broadening his expertise and skill set by training in his gas apprenticeship.

Tom has a strong passion for surfing, food forestry, and men's well-being. He also loves spending time outdoors with his young family, embracing new adventures, and making the most of his environment.

Born and raised in the local area, Brady is experienced in plumbing and drainlaying.

Brady is a keen and hardworking part of our team, bringing his attention to detail to every job.

In his spare time, Brady is actively involved in his local rugby club.

Emma is currently completing her plumbing and drainlaying apprenticeship, and is keen to get stuck into any job.

 Emma likes to spend her free time surfing local breaks and playing rugby. 

Zoe is a newly qualified drainlayer, and third year plumbing and gasfitting apprentice who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in what she does.

She enjoys baking an spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks or heading to the beach for four-wheeled driving adventures.

Zuri is one of our junior apprentices, who got into plumbing through a work experience opportunity at high school. He is enjoying being on the tools and is learning fast!

Outside of work, he is a classic Mangawhai local and all about the ocean - swimming, surfing, skimboarding, and ripping around on his dirt bike.

As our office manager, Shenae takes a hands-on approach to ensuring our daily operations run seamlessly. She keeps the team feeling supported, well-organized, and on track.

Beyond work, she embraces life’s simple pleasures - walking her dog, exploring local bush trails, and unwinding at the beach.

Sara works behind the scenes alongside the office and admin side of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly. While she may be based in the background, she plays a key role in supporting a plumbing company people can rely on.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys the outdoors and keeps busy by chasing after her two girls.
