As the founder and managing director of Allan Plumbing, Mike is the main driving force behind the business. As a certified plumber and gasfitter, Mike takes great pride in quality workmanship and believes every job should be done properly, with skill and care that stands the test of time.

When he’s not on the tools or leading the team, you’ll find him spending time with his family, at the gym, getting to the beach, or playing golf.

Quinn is a skilled plumber and gasfitter who combines strong technical expertise with a friendly, approachable manner on every job. As one of our original, longstanding team members, he brings a wealth of experience, ensuring every customer is well looked after.

Living rurally, he embraces a laid-back lifestyle and spends his spare time surfing whenever he can, staying connected to the outdoors. He also values quality time at home with his wife and young daughter, making the most of family life.

Aaron is a certified plumber and gasfitter with a long and established career in the industry, bringing extensive knowledge to every job he takes on. Known for his friendly and enthusiastic approach, he enjoys the variety each day brings and is committed to delivering the very best of his skills on every project.

Outside of work, Aaron loves exploring everything this beautiful region has to offer and is always keen to try new experiences. Whether he’s out on his stand-up paddleboard or riding his motorcycle, he enjoys making the most of the outdoors and staying active.

Jono is one of our dedicated plumbers who takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality workmanship to every job. Whether he’s tackling a complex install or a routine repair, he brings a practical, hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to getting things done right the first time.

Outside of work, Jono enjoys making the most of the outdoors and good company. From weekend hikes to laid-back backyard gatherings, you’ll often find him cooking up something delicious in the kitchen.

Tom is a certified plumber and drainlayer who is continually expanding his expertise by undertaking training in his gas apprenticeship, further strengthening his skill set across the trade.

Outside of work, he has a strong passion for surfing, food forestry, and supporting men’s wellbeing. Tom also enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family, embracing new adventures and making the most of the environment around him.

Brady is a local through and through, having been born and raised in the area, with solid experience across both plumbing and drainlaying.

He’s always ready to get stuck into any job and takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard. Outside of work, Brady is actively involved in his local rugby club and enjoys being part of the community.

Emma is currently completing her plumbing and drainlaying apprenticeship, where she continues to build her skills and confidence across a wide range of jobs. She brings a positive attitude to the team and is always keen to get stuck in, take on new challenges, and learn as much as she can on every project.

Reliable and hardworking, Emma takes pride in developing her craft and contributing to a high standard of work. Outside of the job, she makes the most of the local lifestyle - spending her time surfing nearby breaks, playing rugby, and heading off-road with friends.

Zoe is a newly qualified drainlayer and a third-year plumbing and gasfitting apprentice who is continuing to build her skills across all areas of the trade. She enjoys the hands-on nature of the work and takes genuine pride in delivering a job well done, always approaching tasks with care, dedication, and a willingness to learn.

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys unwinding by baking and spending time outdoors. Whether it’s going for walks, heading to the beach, or getting out on four-wheel driving adventures, she makes the most of her free time and the lifestyle the region has to offer.

Zuri is one of our junior apprentices, who got into plumbing through a work experience opportunity at high school. He is enjoying being on the tools and is learning fast!

Beyond work, he is a classic Mangawhai local and all about the ocean - swimming, surfing, skimboarding, and ripping around on his dirt bike.

As our office manager, Shenae takes a hands-on approach to ensuring our daily operations run seamlessly. She keeps the team feeling supported, well-organized, and on track.

Beyond work, she embraces life’s simple pleasures - walking her dog, exploring local bush trails, and unwinding at the beach.

Sara works behind the scenes alongside the office and admin side of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly. While she may be based in the background, she plays a key role in supporting a plumbing company people can rely on.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys the outdoors and keeps busy by chasing after her two girls.
